Short
Built for limited time
Designed for busy leaders. That matters: a Gartner survey reported by Braintrust Growth found managers spend about nine hours a week, more than 20% of their working time, on employees' personal and emotional concerns.
Equity in Action for Managers is a short, practical learning experience that helps managers apply equity in the decisions they make every day.
Created by Celeste Warren of CRW Diversity, the mini-modules help managers recognize where equity shows up in their day-to-day leadership and give them tools they can immediately put into practice. As the program puts it: short, practical, and designed for busy leaders.
They teach managers to see where equity shows up in ordinary leadership moments and to act on it. The learning builds on the six elements of the Equity in Action Model: Awareness, Access, Advocacy, Action, Accountability, and Empowerment.
CRW Diversity frames the program as the next step after understanding the principles: understanding is the beginning, and applying them in the everyday decisions managers make is where change happens.
